This page describes the current consulting preview and its booking flow.

During the booking preview

The disconnected preview does not submit your name, email, or notes to the booking API and does not create a Google Calendar event. Form fields remain in the page’s temporary browser memory until you leave or reload. Use sample information to explore the preview.

When live booking is enabled

The form uses your name, email, selected service, chosen appointment time, and optional notes to arrange the consultation. Google Calendar receives those details to create the event and send an invitation. Invitations also include michelle@luxleaf.ai. The site keeps encrypted booking details and a payment reference to prevent duplicate reservations and reconcile calendar confirmations.

Provide only the context needed for a consultation. Do not include account numbers, passwords, identity documents, confidential business materials, or detailed financial records.

Service providers

This LuxLeaf AI consulting website is hosted on Vercel, with booking records stored in a Neon Postgres database. Calendar booking, when connected, uses Google Calendar. Stripe processes payment and receives your email, selected service, price, and appointment time. Card details are entered on Stripe and are not stored by this website. Their respective privacy terms apply to their services. This site does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics.

Google Calendar connection

The calendar owner authorizes access to their calendar list, availability, and events. We check calendars selected for display in the owner's Google Calendar, plus the booking calendar, to avoid scheduling conflicts. Where Google's availability service is unavailable for a calendar, we read event times, availability settings, and the owner's attendance status. This availability check does not request event titles or descriptions. Confirmed appointments are created on the designated booking calendar.

The owner's Google refresh token is encrypted in the database. Calendar access is used to provide scheduling, not advertising or AI model training. The owner can revoke access through their Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revoking access prevents future calendar requests but does not automatically delete existing booking records or calendar invitations; contact michelle@luxleaf.ai for deletion requests.

To ask about your booking information or request a correction or deletion, contact Michelle using the contact details on a confirmed invitation or through michelle@luxleaf.ai. Avoid sending sensitive information in social messages.

Before live booking

The booking data retention schedule will be finalized before live booking is enabled. Online scheduling stays in preview until the calendar connection is activated.
