Configure NEXTAUTH_SECRET and at least one provider pair (GITHUB_ID/GITHUB_SECRET or GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID/GOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET). Set OAUTH_REQUIRED=1 to enforce OAuth in all environments.
